Find answers to common questions from practices, clinicians, patients, and organizations exploring Elevate Care Program.

General FAQs

What is ECP?

Elevate Care Program is a clinician-supervised precision-health program designed to support more personalized, longitudinal care. It helps care teams organize relevant patient context, review care opportunities, and guide individualized next steps over time.

Is ECP a replacement for a clinician?

No. ECP is designed to support qualified clinicians and care teams. It does not replace independent medical judgment, clinical accountability, or the patient–clinician relationship.

Does ECP provide emergency care?

No. ECP is not an emergency service. For urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or seek emergency care immediately.

Practice FAQs

What kinds of organizations may be a fit?

ECP may be relevant for clinician-led practices, clinical groups, and innovation-ready organizations seeking a more personalized, longitudinal care model. Fit depends on clinical goals, patient population, operations, staffing, market context, and readiness.

Does ECP guarantee reimbursement or revenue?

No. ECP does not create a new billing code and does not guarantee coverage, reimbursement, payment, collections, revenue, profitability, or financial results. Any applicable reimbursement depends on the actual services provided, medical necessity, documentation, patient eligibility, payer policy, and other requirements.

Can ECP be evaluated before launch?

Yes. Practices can request a live demo, use the illustrative planning calculator, or apply to the ECP Practice Cohort for a readiness and fit discussion.

Patient FAQs

How can I join ECP?

Participation begins with a participating clinician or practice. Contact your care team to ask whether ECP may be available and appropriate for you.

Will ECP tell me what medical decisions to make?

Your qualified clinician remains responsible for your care and determines what is appropriate for you. ECP does not replace the individualized advice you receive from your care team.
